Arrival in Leh. Upon arrival at Leh airport, our representative will welcome and transfer you to your hotel in Leh. You'll have a full day to rest and acclimatize. In the evening, you're free to visit the main market in Leh at your leisure. Enjoy your overnight stay and dinner at a hotel or guest house in Leh.

Drive from Leh to Likir (58 km). Trek from Likir to Yangthang (4-5 Hours)
After breakfast, take a taxi drive to Likir Village (3650 meters), the starting point of your trek. The journey includes traversing two passes and traveling west up to Chagaste La (3680m), leading to Sumdo village, and ascending to Phobe La (3630m). Visit the Ridzong Monastery, located about an hour south of Yangthang. Overnight at a homestay in Yangthang.

Airport Drop-Off. Depart early in the morning for Leh airport for your onward journey.

Leh Sightseeing (45 km / 3 Hours One-Way Drive). Begin your day with an early breakfast followed by a visit to the ancient Leh Palace. Then, drive 40 km east of Leh town to visit Hemis Monastery, renowned as the wealthiest monastery in all of Ladakh. On your return, stop at Thiksey Monastery and Shey Palace. Conclude your day with an evening at Shanti Stupa, where you can relish the spectacular views of Leh town and the Himalayan sunset. Overnight stay at your hotel or guest house.

Yangthang to Hemis Shukpachan across Tsermang-Chen La (8 km / 2-3 Hours). Enjoy a moderate walk to Tsermang-Chen La (3750m), with gentle approaches and descents. After descending from the pass, reach the picturesque village of Hemis Shukpachan, set amid verdant barley fields and streams. Stay overnight at a homestay in Hemis Shukpachan.

Old Town Heritage Walk (2-3 Hours)
Embark on an offbeat heritage walk through Leh town, which has preserved its centuries-old settlement and historical significance. Discover the old town beneath Leh Palace, extensively restored to reflect Ladakh's rich past. The walk includes Chutey Rantag, Baker's Street, the Central Asian Museum, Leh Gate, and LAMO, ending with a comprehensive tour of the centuries-old Leh Palace.

Hemis Shukpachan to Temisgam across Mebtak La (10 km / 3 Hours); Drive Back to Leh. The day's trek is relatively easy, heading upward from the village to Mebtak La (3750m), marked by vibrant prayer flags. Descend to Ang village, where your driver will meet you and drive you back to Leh for the night.
